This is a dedicated vehicle scheduling and management application for enterprises and parks, providing services including car use application, driver dispatch, order tracking and service evaluation. All accounts are created, assigned and managed uniformly via the enterprise/park management backend. The front-end App does not support user registration, nor does it actively collect or enter users' identity information. We strictly comply with Apple App Store rules and protect users' information security and legitimate rights and interests in accordance with relevant laws.
1. Collection and Use of Information
1.1 Login and Identity Information
Accounts, identities, departments and roles (passenger / driver) are all configured and managed on the enterprise management backend. When logging in, the front-end App only verifies account permissions and synchronizes identity identifiers assigned by the backend. It will not collect or store account passwords, names, phone numbers or other personal identity information. The synchronized identity data is only used for permission classification and function matching.
1.2 Business Operation Data
To deliver core vehicle scheduling services, the App will record business data generated during use solely for normal service operation:
Car order data: car use time, departure location, destination, purpose of use, dispatch and order status Evaluation data: service ratings and comments voluntarily submitted by users Driver business data: order acceptance records, working hours and associated vehicle information
1.3 Location Information (Manual Authorization Required)
This is an optional permission. The App can only access your location after you explicitly authorize it. Location data is used for intelligent driver dispatch, travel route tracking and order verification. If you deny the permission: location-based functions including positioning, route tracking and intelligent dispatch will be unavailable, while other basic functions can work normally.
You may enable or disable the location permission anytime in your device system settings.
1.4 Device and Log Information
To ensure stable operation, troubleshoot failures and prevent security risks, the App automatically collects basic device information and operation logs, including device model, system version, network IP, operation logs and crash logs. Such information is only applied to technical maintenance and security protection, and will not be used for any other purposes.
2. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We will never sell, rent out or disclose user data to any external third parties.
Business data and permission data are only synchronized to the affiliated enterprise/park management backend for unified operation and management.
User data will only be disclosed when we receive legal requests from judicial authorities and regulatory bodies, or obtain your explicit consent.
3. Data Storage and Security
All data is stored on compliant servers within mainland China. Full encryption is adopted for data transmission and storage.
Strict data access control is implemented. Only designated enterprise administrators are allowed to access relevant data in accordance with regulations.
All types of data will be retained in line with enterprise management rules. Expired data will be deleted or anonymized uniformly.
4. User Rights
Access: You can check your orders, service records and evaluation content within the App.
Permission Management: You may enable or disable permissions such as location access in your device system settings.

5. Minor Protection This App is designed for adult staff of enterprises and parks, and not intended for minors. If we accidentally obtain any information of minors, we will delete it immediately.
6. Policy Updates We may update this Privacy Policy according to laws, regulations and business adjustments. Updates will be announced inside the App. Your continued use of the App will be deemed as acceptance of the revised policy.
